Agency & IT services partnerships

Let's bid for Drupal contracts together.

Marketing agencies, communication agencies, IT services companies: let's combine our expertise to respond together to tenders that call for a Drupal platform, then deliver side by side.

Why team up

Complementary expertise, a stronger bid.

Large accounts and public buyers increasingly ask for proven Drupal expertise: architecture, comparable references, a quality plan, long-term maintenance. An agency brings strategy, creative and the client relationship; an IT services company brings capacity and the contractual framework. Adding a team that masters Drupal end to end strengthens the joint bid on each of these criteria.

That has been our specialty for more than ten years. We combine our references and expertise with yours to submit a complete bid, and we stay committed once the contract is won.

Who it is for

Two kinds of partners, expertise that fits together.

Marketing and communication agencies

You own strategy, brand, creative and content. We own the platform: Drupal architecture, development, the editor experience, performance and maintenance. Everyone sticks to their craft.

IT services companies and integrators

You own capacity, the contractual framework and managed services. We bring specialist Drupal expertise: architecture, version upgrades, takeover of existing platforms, performance, security and technical SEO.

Tenders

Bidding together, from the tender documents to the pitch.

The earlier we are involved, the stronger the bid: we scope the technical part with you, price it and defend it.

  • Technical proposal
  • Drupal references

A consortium bid

As co-contractors, each partner takes its share of the contract and the buyer sees a complete, consistent team, from application to delivery.

Our references alongside yours

Corporate sites, editorial platforms, site factories, business applications: comparable Drupal references round out your application.

The technical part of the proposal

Architecture, methodology, quality plan, security, maintenance and reversibility: we write the technical part of the bid with you, drawing on our project experience.

Pricing we can stand by

We price what we know we can deliver. No promise in the pitch that the team could not keep after signature.

With you at the pitch

Our experts can defend the architecture and the method alongside you in front of the buyer.

What we bring

From advice to run, across the whole lifecycle.

Advice and expertise

Technical assistance and leadership, design and architecture, technical, performance or security audits of existing platforms.

Build

Corporate sites, editorial platforms, business applications, Drupal site factories, decoupled Next.js frontends, APIs and content migrations.

Run

Corrective and evolutive maintenance, version upgrades, technical support and training for your client's teams.

Working together

Two partners, one team for the buyer.

A shared organisation

Rituals, tools, project management: we design how the contract runs together, so the buyer has a clear framework and named contacts.

A named, stable team

Technical lead, project manager and lead developer: the same people, from the tender response through to maintenance.

Our quality standards on your project

Written standards, code review, checks before every release: the same bar as on our own projects.

A team sized to the contract

A whole project, a technical lot or a ramp-up during the contract: we size our team to the scope we take on.

FAQ

Partnerships: your questions.

When should we involve you in a tender?

As soon as you read the tender documents. Together we scope the technical perimeter, the risks and the pricing before committing to the bid.

How are roles split in a consortium?

We define them together from the bid onwards: lead partner, each partner's scope, contacts, commitments. Each partner remains accountable for its share and the buyer gets a clear organisation.

Do you only work with Drupal?

Drupal is our core business, with Next.js for decoupled frontends. That specialisation is what gives weight to a joint bid.

What happens once the contract is won?

We deliver what we priced, with the team presented in the bid, and we can then maintain the platform over time.

Can you take over an existing Drupal platform?

Yes: audit of the existing platform, a takeover plan, then maintenance and evolutions. It is often the entry point of application maintenance contracts.
