Drupal experts cannot be bought off the shelf: we train them. Since 2021, Neovia Academy has grown our developers on our referentials, with a mentor, dedicated time and real practical cases.
Why an academy
Because quality is passed on, not improvised.
Our referentials describe how we design, code, review and release. Writing them is not enough: everyone who touches your platforms must have practised them. That is the role of Neovia Academy, our internal training platform, created in 2021 and built by our own team.
It brings the developers who join us up to speed, keeps the skills of established experts current as Drupal, Next.js or AI evolve, and ensures that a project delivered by one team looks like a project delivered by another.

Modules followed independently on the platform, and a referent expert who reviews, unblocks and validates each step.

Ready-to-use Git repositories, one exercise per API or per rule of our referentials: you learn in the code, not in a slide deck.

Pair sessions, learner and expert, on a real ticket: code review becomes a training moment.
Application projects
Before joining a client project, each developer delivers a complete project end to end, scoped, tested and released according to our release gates.
A technical assessment grid
Skills are assessed on a shared grid, by domain and by level: everyone knows where they stand and what they still have to acquire.
Dedicated time
Continuous training has reserved time, alongside client projects. It does not wait for a project to end.

Is the Academy open to outsiders?
No, it is our internal platform: it trains the people who join Neovia and those who work here. We do, however, train our clients' teams: editors at launch, and in-house technical teams as part of staff augmentation or support.
How does a junior developer become a Drupal expert?
Step by step: an online path on our referentials, practical cases validated by a mentor, a complete application project, then integration into a client project paired with an expert. The assessment grid tracks progress and conditions the responsibilities entrusted.
Is training billed to our projects?
No. Training time is reserved alongside projects, on our budget. You benefit from trained consultants; you do not fund their learning.
What happens when Drupal or AI evolve?
The referentials are updated, and the path with them: new Drupal version, new front-end practices, new uses of agents. Continuous training of established experts is the Academy's second role, after onboarding newcomers.
