We collect the data you provide through the contact form (first name, last name, email address, message and, if you fill them in, company, phone number and attached document) and through the application form (first name, last name, email address, profile, message and, if you fill them in, links and résumé), as well as anonymised browsing data for audience measurement. When you submit a form, your IP address is processed to protect against automated submissions.

To run the site and its forms, we rely on providers that process certain data on our behalf, under contracts compliant with Article 28 of the GDPR:

Vercel Inc. (United States) hosts the site and runs the form processing. Resend Inc. (United States) delivers the emails generated by the forms to our teams; we use its processing region located in the European Union. Cloudflare Inc. (United States) provides the Turnstile service, which tells human submissions from automated ones: it analyses technical browser signals and the IP address, with no advertising tracking or tracking cookie.

These providers may process data outside the European Union. Transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with any other third party.

To understand how the site is used, we rely on Umami, an open-source audience-measurement tool that we host ourselves on a server located in the European Union. No data is passed on to any third party.

This tool sets no cookie and does not store your IP address. Visits are counted from a short-lived identifier, derived each day from technical signals and impossible to link to a person. The resulting data is aggregated statistics only: pages viewed, referrers, device type, country. It is used solely to improve the site and is neither combined with other processing nor used to track you across other sites.

This configuration falls under the consent exemption that the French data protection authority (CNIL) grants to audience measurement, so no consent banner is required. If your browser sends the “Do Not Track” signal, nothing is collected.

To keep the site working properly, we measure how fast it loads and collect the technical errors it encounters. Vercel Speed Insights measures the loading times visitors actually experience, in an aggregated and anonymous way. Sentry, which we host ourselves, reports errors to us with their technical context (page, browser, operating system).

These tools set no cookies, do not keep your IP address and collect no data entered in forms. They are used only to fix and improve the site, on the basis of our legitimate interest in ensuring its security and proper operation.

Form data is processed to respond to your requests and manage the business relationship, on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest. Browsing data is used to improve the site.

Your data is kept for no longer than necessary for the purposes described, i.e. three years from the last contact for enquiries and two years for job applications, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. You can exercise these rights by writing to privacy@neovia.co. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.

The site sets no tracking or audience-measurement cookie. Only cookies or storage strictly necessary for its operation may be used, such as remembering your display preference (light or dark theme), which is never transmitted anywhere.
