Careers

Let's build exceptional platforms, together.

We hire Drupal, Symfony, Next.js and React developers, in France and in Tunisia, working remotely. No fixed openings: send us your application, let's talk about your profile and what you want to build.

What you will find here

Demanding projects, clear rules, a team that learns.

We build platforms for industrial groups, law firms, publishers, travel operators, public bodies: business tools, site factories, custom applications, rarely sites of a few pages. Quality, autonomy and communication are the three things we expect from everyone, and that we make possible: written referentials that say how we work, code review that trains as much as it checks, and time reserved for skills development.

The agency has been fully remote since 2020, with regular team check-ins and in-person meetings for project meetings and internal events. AI agents are part of our daily tools, with a charter that says what they do and what remains human.

Profiles we look for

The expertise we grow.

Drupal

Drupal developer

Editorial and business platforms, content model, custom modules, migrations. From junior trained by the Academy to architect.

Symfony developer

Business applications and data hubs in modern PHP: processing, APIs, integrations with the client's information system.

Next.js

Next.js developer

Server-rendered front ends, performance, search optimisation, consumption of Drupal and business APIs, care for developer experience.

React

React developer

Rich, interactive and accessible interfaces: configurators, business tools, dashboards.

How it works

Four steps, and an answer at each one.

A first conversation

To get to know each other: your path, what you are looking for, what we do. For a remote position, it is also the moment to check that the connection holds.

A technical test

A practical case close to what you will actually do, on a prepared repository, to complete at home. We review your code as we review the team's: readability, choices, tests.

An operational interview

With the delivery director and an expert in the field, by video: feedback on the test, discussion of a real project, your questions.

Onboarding through the Academy

If we choose each other, your path starts on Neovia Academy, with a mentor, before joining a client project paired with an expert.

Our conditions

Remote work, for real.

Remote, equipped

A high-speed connection, a workspace suited to concentration. Coworking is possible if you prefer.

Never alone

A project manager and a lead developer on every project, a weekly team check-in, a code review on every contribution.

Direct contact with clients

You talk with our clients' teams, in French and technical English. Decisions are made with you, not above you.

Neovia Academy

We help you grow, continuously.

Online path with a mentor, practical cases, co-coding, assessment grid, dedicated time: Neovia Academy supports every profile, from day one to the next responsibilities.

Frequently asked questions

Before applying.

No opening matches my profile. Should I apply anyway?

Yes. We do not publish fixed openings: we hire according to projects and the people we meet. Project manager, integrator, Python and AI profile: if you recognise yourself in the way we work, write to us.

I am a beginner. Is there room for a junior profile?

Yes, that is precisely why Neovia Academy exists. We expect solid development foundations and the will to learn; we provide the path, the mentor and the time.

Do I need to speak English?

Technical English is necessary: documentation, the Drupal community, some clients. French is the language of the team and of most projects.

What happens after I send my application?

We read every application and we reply, one way or the other. If your profile matches a need, we propose a first conversation.

Application

Apply to Neovia
